so sore today. i did the p90 3-4 cardio at 11pm last night - it lasts for about 40 minutes, so I was up later than I should have been, doing activity late. And I haven't been sleeping well this week.
I was sore yesterday, too. Hopefully I can sleep tonight and that will help out overall.
o, and the p90 3-4 cardio was good enough to keep my heart rate above 130 for 40 minutes (it dipped down to ~120 a few times when getting drink, but not for very long), so that's good....

walked in the park this morning. Was rather chilly (34.8 out!) . I believe I need to invest in a more appropriate hat for winter, some gloves, and possibly something for my legs.
I did the p90 weight stuff last night using less weight - 5lbs less per side - making it easier to do all the weights through the whole thing.
Talked to my friend yesterday who told me about the p90 stuff in the first place about my issues with the cardio. He generally agreed with my thought that the 1-2 is r...

starting the p90 program in earnest this week. Well, last night, anyways. Last night, i did the cardio routine wearing my F11 HRM. My work-out wasn't very cardio-riffic. I'm not sure what I need to do differently, but it was a struggle to keep my heart rate above 120, which for me is when 'cardio' actually kicks in.
I suppose I need to work on doing more motion and following the video closer. And, I think the video is more based on someone that hasn't done anything in years, and I'm in reas...

A friend of mine has had pretty good luck with the 'Beach Body'/p90/p90x series. He and his wife both do the exercise together and have done well. We've talked about it a few times, but I decided to give it a try - walking isn't always an attractive option during the Winter months.
He recommend starting with the p90 series. The p90x series is VERY intense and not something to just start doing. The p90 series is 30 minute videos that you alternate between cardio/weights - you just need dumb ...

Just a blog post, to bloginate, or something.
I'm hoping to hit my next goal on my weight this weekend, and go 1lb past, giving me 16 to go to where I want to be. Hoping I can loose 6 to be 10 lb away by Thanksgiving. We'll see though.
Changing my eating around a bit, eating a bit less for lunch and breakfast so I can do a mid-afternoon snack. Hopefully this will make me have more energy in the evenings, but we'll see what happens.
