It's monday after a 4 day weekend. not so much fun.
Did p90 weights last night. I got a pull-up bar, and did some fake pull-ups. My stomach area is rather sore today as is a lot of my upper body.
My hips hurt when doing the kicks during the cardio part of the p90 program. I'd bought some glucosomine during the summer to see if it'd help with a leg issue I was having, but it didn't, so have about 1/2 of it left. I'm gonna use some of that and see if it helps with the pain in my hips. The pain is right in the socket area, so I don't think it's muscles or anything.
At least it's a 4-day week for me this week & next.

I like the P90 series, I don't have the P90X I think that would kick my arse royally. I do fake pushups don't feel bad.
