i was really tired yesterday, only slept ~5 hours on Sunday night.

But, I did cardio last night for the full time and had a good workout. Then, I went to bed. Going to bed by 9pm rocks.

Still need to work out my eating a bit more to get more protein in. Yesterday, I had the brilliant idea of putting chocolate whey powder into greek yogurt and then my kashi golean and having that for breakfast. Upside, it looks like chocolate. Downside, It tastes like greek yogurt. So, my mind just wasn't ready for it and I could barely gag it down.

This morning, I made a smoothie with 1c milk, 1/2c yogurt, 2 vanilla whey powder things, 1c kashi golean, 1 banana and a handful of frozen peaches. Turned out pretty good. Then, at work, I had a tangerine and my V8.

Yes, going to bed early is NICE. I can't gag down bad-tasting yogurt. My reflexes won't allow it.
