Had kind of a bleh workout last night. I did it all at least, but had a hard time doing some of it. I think to some extent I'm trying to do too much too quickly - this is only the beginning of the 3rd full week of doing the p90 program. I'm going to use my other set of bar bells with a slightly higher weight for some of the lifts (like curls) that I can use some more weight. I bought bar bells with ajustable weights - when i bought them, I didn't realize that they had 2 bars in each one, so I can set up 2 sets pretty easily right now.
In NYC, there's a chain of supermarkets called Fairway. I got some olive oil from them a few weeks ago, and picked up some of their spaghetti sauce as well. Last night was the first time I tried it - it's quite excellent. It's lower calories than the 'average' spaghetti sauce, and a LOT less sodium - only 280 mg per 2/3 a cup. Generally, that's 5-800mg per cup. So, tasty AND healthy.
I'm making tomorrow my 'off day'. I'll still walk in the morning (it's my work from home day, so I'll walk 3 miles in the park), but not do p90. On friday, I have the day off and I'm going to do 6 miles in the park for some variation.

yeah for good spaghetti sauce!!! I had spaghetti last night too!
:teeth2: Which was fine, it was the danged garlic bread I should have avoided!!!
