After a week + 1 day off, back to work today. I have to work all this week, but I get christmas day off. But, I'm on call, but there's no changes allowed this week or next, so on call should be pretty light.
After not doing p90 or really any exercise for 3 days, I did cardio last night. Earlier in the fall or late summer, a friend of mine was trying to do the 100 pushups program. In September or so, i thought i was going to try to do it. I did the initial 'see how many pushups you can do' portion of the program. I think I could do 12 or 13, but I think I faked it to 15. Last night, I decided to see how many I could do - I've been doing them as a part of the p90 weights, and I did 30. I think I'm going to modify the p90 a bit, and work in doing the pushups for the 100 pushup program at the beginning of the routine.
Planning out my christmas eve and christmas day. I have some nice cheeses and am going to make some appetizers with the cheeses and probably some chicken wings. Probably over-do it, but, hey, it's christmas eve. Christmas day, I'm just going to make a chicken and vegetables and some stuffing that was frozen at Thanksgiving, so christmas day won't be too over-the-top.
It's coooold out. I think I need to get some warmer socks for walking to work.
