My week off seems to be going by too quickly. It's another week where I seemingly haven't done much of anything tangible, but this week I was getting some packages, so that added some stress for me. I like staying up late too much, so I end up kind of reversing my schedule, but because of the packages, I have to be awake by ~10am for the delivery. So, going to bed at 3-4 AM and getting up at 10 AM kind of wears on me. Tomorrow, I'm heading up to my parents, so I'll have some time here in the mo...

Did p90 weights last night. went pretty well. I'm somewhat sore today - not too bad, though. I haven't done the weights in a bit more than a week, so i was wondering how i'd do. I can now do the full set of 15 pushups at the beginning with good, full pushups. I'm still missing how to do the pushups where your hands are below your shoulders and your elbows are against your body - i can't do those at all.

Did a walk around the park this morning - about 55 minutes - don't seem to be able to do it in much more than that, but that's not too bad for 3.1-2 miles for me.

Working on cleaning up my apartment a bit today, getting a food delivery this afternoon. It'll be nice to have food in my fridge - which is currently virtually empty.

I'm feeling pretty decent so far today. I haven't eaten yet, though, and seemingly with this whatever I have, i feel like poo after eating.

But, tonight I'm going to pick up with the p90 stuff again and do cardio. And actually cook something reasonably healthy.

I need to start keeping a cooking journal. I have a few food ideas to make some things and I need to make sure I don't forget some of the particulars.
