It's Friday, at least.

For some reason, yesterday, when I ordered groceries, I had them set up to be delivered from 7-9am tomorrow. This morning, I woke up and decided that that was crazytalk. So, I moved it from 9-11, instead. That way I can sleep a bit more before they come.

Tired today, though. I took a nap after work yesterday and probably shouldn't have. Stayed up later than usual because of that, but my sleep's been all wonky anyways.

Weighed 6lbs less than yesterday, though, this morning, which is more where I should be. :)

Tonight's my group's 'holiday dinner', my boss takes us out to a pretty decent restaurant on his dime. It'll be fun, but I need to be good. I really really want my weight to start going down again from week-to-week, and eating a bunch tonight will destroy the rest of my work this week. I probably will be home late enough I won't want to do p90 cardio tonight, so that may not happen, but doing c25k tomorrow, and gonna try for walking 7 miles on sunday. And making monday my real 'off' day - i'll have 2 off days if i don't cardio tonight, but i'd rather keep it monday because that's better for my schedule overall.

Hi Tim, that's great 6 lbs. :clap: , enjoy the dinner. Maybe try a couple of appetizers, or just take home a doggie bag, so you can try different things, and not overdo it... then you will have lunch for tomorrow as well... just a suggestion. Take care, Arlene
