Last night was kind of bleh. We went to a BBQ place my boss likes, their BBQ is ok, but I've had better. Probably even in the City. Last night, the waiter wasn't exactly rude, but pretty short with us. And really slow. Kind of annoying. I didn't do too badly overall, I got 1/2 and 1/2 lean brisket with mashed potatoes and i ordered a side of collard greens. The bigger problem was that we didn't eat until much later than I'm used to, so I was starving, so I ended up eating more when I got home. I didn't do too badly there, either, made myself two hamburgers and had them on the Arnold 100 calorie rolls. So, helped fill in the lacking whole grains.

It's been snowing outside today - there's about 3/4" on the ground. Hopefully it'll be sunny tomorrow so I can get a run in for c25k. I really want to make Monday my rest day, so I'm going to do that regardless.

I made this orange garlic shrimp recipe tonight - it turned out really tasty. Just too much butter in it for my liking. This was the recipe I had intended to make on New Years Day, but was sick and decided not to. Tomorrow night, I'm going to make this Tofu Curry recipe in Bon Appetite. Going to get some new pans tomorrow morning at Target (I think, anyways, assuming there's not a bunch of snow tonight).

Need to do cardio tonight, slightly over on my calories for today because I haven't done any exercise. It's been pretty productive for me, though, cleaned my apartment, and got all of my dishes cleaned. Took a nap this afternoon, which was kind of nice, too. Whee.
