...I must have FRUIT!

last night i ended up working later than usual due to a stupidity problem on another party's fault. well. it's more of an ongoing stupidity problem that's rather annoying. so i didn't eat until late enough that i had a headache. and i didn't eat quite right, so i wasn't really filled up for very long.

went to stretch to do weights, but my shin splints on one leg started to hurt, so I opted not to push it. And then I went off the deep end. I made the mistake of watching Juno, where she's eating red licorice at the the beginning of the movie. So, I had to have some. Which, I walked and got some. And came back. and had quite a bit of fruit. And some wheat crackers. needless to say, I was probably 1k calories over last night. At least my weight was the same this morning.

Watching Juno makes me think about the stupidity of sex education, or lack thereof, aka 'abstinence education'. What, people are supposed to magically learn this stuff when they turn 18 or 21 or get married or whatever? But, anyways, I came to the realization this morning that if not teaching about sex is a way to prevent teens from having sex in people's minds, then we should stop teaching about wars, as well. Since, obviously, not teaching about any war or conflict will stop war from ever happening again.
