Yay

I finally got everything worked out with what I was whining about yesterday. Now I just have to do a bunch of testing and some clean-up to make sure everything's working the way it should. Then deploy it to a test box and do more testing. And then a different version of a test box and do more testing.

I went to bed early last night again instead of doing cardio. Got home late from work and just didn't feel like doing anything. I feel kind of bummed that I didn't. I also want to get over the...

One day, I may have a real title.

Been working on this thing for work. In essence, it's writing a simple program to do some things to help with the management of a lot of servers. I originally wrote it in one programming language, that's fairly limited in what it can do. Hopefully a good night's sleep tonight, and doing the stretches will make them not hurt so I can run tomorrow night. Or at least on Thursday evening.

Stayed up too late, couldn't fall asleep, so I started reading again, and got into the book and kept going. Not really that surprising, just kind of annoyi...

I've been wanting to make this split pea recipe:
http://blog.fatfreevegan.com/2007/12/thick-and-hearty-split-pea-soup.html

And, this afternoon, I decided to make it. And for some reason, roast a chicken to go with it. However, I failed to read the split pea recipe close enough - it takes ~2 hours to cook using traditional means. But, a lot quicker if you have a pressure cooker. For whatever reason, the pressure cooker speed stuck in my brain, so, I was going to put my chicken in the oven ...
