one of these days, i'll come up with a real title.
pretty sore from my work-out last night. i was doing p90 weights doing them 'set to fail' style - wherein you do as much weight as you can so you can do eight reps - the idea is to do them slow until you can't lift anymore. While my weight is up, my body fat % is about 1/2% lower than it was even at a few pounds less, so I have gained some muscle. I know last weeks eating didn't help, but loosing it may be difficult with the muscle gain. We shall see.
Made sausage last night - chicken + sun dried tomatoes + basil + garlic + salt/pepper + cayenne pepper + a little olive oil. Made 3 lbs of chicken worth, used about 2 tbsp of olive oil. Turned out pretty tasty, a bit too much garlic, but should be really good after frozen. Turned out a bit dry, which could be because of over-cooking, but also the sausage in general doesn't have a lot of fat. Most sausage seems to have a lot of fat in it, which of course adds flavor and makes it moist. I'm about the flavor, but not the calories.
made rice with my rice cooker last night. the smell of the cooking rice is really good. i tried out the timer, which works pretty well. I made 4 cups worth of rice, which is a pretty decent amount. But, I'm going to start eating rice/quinoa at lunch, too, so it'll go pretty quick.

You don't HAVE to do a title... I don't think I've ever done one. I'm far too lazy. Your dinner sounds so good, apparently the cooking classes are really paying off
