so tired today. too many nights of not enough sleep. with exercising and everything seems that if I make it to bed by 11, i'm doing good. Which leads to 6 hours of sleep. And getting up at least 3 times to go to the bathroom.
So, I've decided to start limiting my water intake again. I drink a lot of water, and if there's water in front of me, I'll drink it. Constantly. I have a 20 oz gatorade bottle I use for water from the water bottle on my desk. I'll generally do 4-5 of these in the morning, and even more in the afternoon. And then drink 2-3 liter's of soda water in the evening. So, that means anymore I get up to go to the bathroom far too often. And given ~6 hours of sleep *anyways*, that's that much less sleep.
I did p90 weights last night and it went pretty well. I wasn't doing the sets quite as slowly as I should have been, but it wasn't too terrible. I need to get better at remembering where I'm at on the resistance bands when I use them so I can make sure I always have the same amount (or more) tension.
I made quinoa in my rice cooker yesterday too and used the timer. It burned a bit on the bottom, so next time I'm going to add some more water. The burning wasn't bad, though, it was more like 'toasting' than 'burning'.
