Just finished week 4, day 1 of C25k. Going from week 3 to week 4 is quite the jump. Week 3 is almost a joke - you run 1.5min, walk 1.5 min, run 3 min, walk 3 min - week 4 is run 3 min, walk 1.5 min, run 5 min, walk 2.5 min, run 3 min, walk 1.5 min, run 5 min, then that's it. I was able to manage - fuel makes such a huge difference, even though I had a huge lunch yesterday for cooking class, by 4pm when I ran, I didn't have a fuel, so the week 3 day was pretty rough.

I got 4-5 lbs of turkey and a few lb's of beef to process this evening. Going to make some italian sausage out of some of the turkey, and probably just basic spices with the rest - salt/pepper/garlic, and make some into basic chunks.

I found a brush to clean my meat grinder - it's a toilet brush! Only used once, honest! Okay, not really, but, it's about all I could find that'd fit inside and clean it well.

Tim, I think you looked at week 3 wrong..unless I am reading what you wrote wrong :laugh5: . That is what you do, above, however you are supposed to do that routine twice!
