It's Friday. It's going to be a kind of busy weekend. Tomorrow, I have cooking class, then I'm going to walk uptown to see if this store has the adjustable dumbbells I want. Then I'm going to Queens to meet up with some friends and later we're going to go to dinner somewhere. I haven't seen these friends since Thanksgiving, so it will be nice. Queens has lots of different types of food - so hopefully we go find something I haven't eaten before.

Of course, Saturday's not gonna be a diet-friendly day. So, I'm thinking I'm going to do c25k tomorrow morning, and walk from cooking class up to the weights store which will be about 45 minutes. Between the two of them, it should be about 800 calories, which will hopefully mostly cover me.

Sunday, assuming the weights store has what I want, I'm going to go back to get what I want. (Stores never seem to have what you want here, so it's worth checking first. i need to pass some time on saturday anyways, since going home would just add another 45 minutes onto the trip to queens, better to walk than do whatever)

My weight was really good this morning for some reason. I seem to be dropping a fair amount right now - it was right at what I weighed in at last weekend. Usually I'm 2-3 lbs more than what I weigh in at on the weekend during the week. But, I'm not holding my breath, I'll probably be up 5lbs tomorrow for some unknown reason.

Sounds like a fun day. :) Every time I hear "Queens" I think of the show King of Queens and the intro with him walking around town in his brown uniform.
