Had my first cooking class today. I wasn't sure what to do about food - they say that lunch is a part of the course, but I didn't know what that meant. So, I took a few power bars and went to class. It took *forever* to get there on the subway this morning - I should have been super early - what normally takes 15-20 minutes took over an hour. It was nuts.Friday, February 6th 2009
I slept last night, and it was goooooood. I decided to make it an off night as my body was pretty tired and i didn't sleep much on Wednesday night. My shin splints don't hurt that much today - just an occasional amount of pain, so I think I'm going to do c25k tonight or tomorrow.Thursday, February 5th 2009
so, last night, i did a pseudo c25k night and p90 weights. i just wanted to see where i was at with running and see if i'd have shin splint issues with c25k. The session went really well, actually, my speed was really good. Although, started having shin splint pain towards the end, and today they hurt a bit. I've been working on doing the exercises for them that seem to help, and I'm going to make tonight an off night, so hopefully tomorrow I don't have pain. Going to try to do c25k tomorrow nig...
