1 lousy pound! Didn't quite make my goal weight over the weekend, still 1 lb off. Not too bad - a loss of 1 lb during a week that i did next to 0 exercise and wasn't tracking or anything. Helps I ate virtually nothing for 3 days, though.
I'm re-starting p90x today, today's re-day 1. I did the kempo x workout last night, and it was pretty fun. I'm a bit sore from it, but not too bad. Tonight is chest & arms - i should be sore from that.

it's friday, and i have the day off again. i hadn't intended on getting sick, so I'm not really doing that much today. Mostly been working content on my website and went for a run this morning. It didn't go so well - ran for a bit, but was running out of gas quick, so I ended up walking most of the way. Was good to try, though.
I'm going to try to make beef jerky tomorrow. I'm going to use it as a afternoon snack for next week as I'm re-starting p90x.

finally feeling generally better, i wasn't too bad yesterday, but still pretty bad. I'm working from home today mostly because i'm getting a package delivered today.

Stupid colds.
Saturday, I was doing just swell. Was having a really constructive day, went to the farmer's market in the morning, then went & ran some other errands. Came back, and decided to nap. Slept for ~3 hours, woke up, and did p90x chest & back and about 2/3 of the ab ripper x. Then I couldn't sleep, and was up until about 2am. Right before I went to bed I started having a serious cough.
Sunday morning, I didn't eat when I got up - not until about 11, and was already fee...

did c25k this morning, ran 2.99 miles in 28 minutes. .01 miles better than on wednesday morning, but I walked some of it. I think I'm going to do a heavily-modified Galloway-style run - his method is ~3:1, run 3, walk 1, for these shorter runs, I think walking for less will be fine for me. This morning, I walked for 2 sets of 15 seconds and one for 30 seconds, and my time was slightly faster than Wednesday morning.
