I'm really excited for...some reason. I'm not exactly sure why. It's weird when this happens. More commonly, I'll have these feelings of utter dread sweep across me. Where it just *feels* like something bad's going to happen, but nothing ever does. But, today, it's more of a feeling of being excited for something, but I don't really know what.
Tomorrow's my last cooking class. I've enjoyed the class and will be taking more once fundage and time allows. I'll be glad it's over, though.
I'm finishing up with p90 and will be moving on to p90x starting the 16th. I'm still doing research on this, though, looking at some different supplements, and need to work through the whole eating bit. And watch the videos I'm doing during the first week. p90x is already turning into quite a commitment, but I'm hoping it'll be worth it. I think it will be - if my body changes as much as it has through the p90 program, it'd be just fine by me. My goals at this point are to drop ~25 more pounds (to get to 220) and/or drop to below 20% body fat. I'm not sure if both of these goals are possible simultaneously, but I'd rather have the lower body fat than the lower body weight.
Tonight before doing cardio, I'm going to see how many push up's I can do as well as seeing if I can actually do pull ups yet. I've been working a lot on the pullups, but I'm still not sure I can do them. It doesn't help that I'm doing them in my door to my bedroom at home, and dangling, my knees hit the floor (I have a long torso with long arms).
Hopefully the big snow storm last weekend will be the last for the season. There may still be one or two more. I'm ready for spring to get here and not having to wear 10 layers of clothes when going running.
Also ready to start week 6 for c25k. Once I start p90x, c25k is going to go into the 'best effort' pile. I'm taking the next 5 fridays off, though, so hopefully I can finish up c25k and do p90x at the same time.
Too many things going on! I'm turning into fitness dork. I'm not sure if this is good or not, I just need to make sure to not over-do it. I have a tendency to over-do things and get too 'into' things. This is really beneficial for work-related things, as I can delve into something I've never worked with before, and in short time, I can be talking like I'm an expert with it. But, this also burns me out on whatever it is. I did this with cooking a few months ago, and I've been working on not diving in as far as I was.

Wow, you have a lot of positive and exciting things taking place in your life right now...I think that is the reason you are so excited about today and your life right now. Good things often = good times ahead.

I am so jealous that you've gotten to take cooking classes, it sounds fun, and from the things you've talked about it sounds like you got a lot out of it
:) Have a great weekend
