View MORTINI's food & exercise for this day
yay. it's an off night tonight. most of my body hurts, so this is a good thing. i have tomorrow off, and I'm going to go get new dumbbells, and depending on how long that takes, get helmet for rollerblading, and a yoga mat. Really need a mat.
i've been doing really well with sleep this week. Starting p90x around 7:30 each night, finished by 8:30. I've been going to bed at 10, and asleep by 10:30, so that means by 6, i'm getting 7.5 hours of sleep. Which is pretty nice. Reading before trying to sleep seems to help quite a bit.
Today, I just need to work on adjusting my calories for not doing all the exercise.
