did c25k this morning, ran 2.99 miles in 28 minutes. .01 miles better than on wednesday morning, but I walked some of it. I think I'm going to do a heavily-modified Galloway-style run - his method is ~3:1, run 3, walk 1, for these shorter runs, I think walking for less will be fine for me. This morning, I walked for 2 sets of 15 seconds and one for 30 seconds, and my time was slightly faster than Wednesday morning. I started out kind of bad this morning, so if that hadn't happened, I would have been probably right at 3 miles. I blame Amy for this.

Looking at training programs for going to 10k. Not quite sure how I'd swing it, though. Even though it's not best to run on both sat and sun, it's probably what'll end up happening. The runner's world program has a short run at the beginning of the week,t hough, if i did that on sun and the long run on sat, it might not be too bad, or do the short run on monday evening, but that still puts me going to bed later than I'd really like.

have the day off today, going to get weights this afternoon. Just kind of hanging out now, waiting for lunch. After lunch, heading off to do stuff. Whee.

So darn true… Less dense ice creams like Dryers have more air and water in them (learned this by leaving a carton out over night) so it looks like; you get a feeling that you are getting more Ice Cream. I actually had a ½-cup serving of dryer’s grand light and it filled a small cereal bowl – it looked like a good sized amount. Next to that was this thimble which contained 87g, where the Dryers contained 67. The real eye opener is definitely ‘in the little cups).
