Stupid colds.
Saturday, I was doing just swell. Was having a really constructive day, went to the farmer's market in the morning, then went & ran some other errands. Came back, and decided to nap. Slept for ~3 hours, woke up, and did p90x chest & back and about 2/3 of the ab ripper x. Then I couldn't sleep, and was up until about 2am. Right before I went to bed I started having a serious cough.
Sunday morning, I didn't eat when I got up - not until about 11, and was already feeling miserable. I think my co-workers cold finally caught up with me. I spent most of the day yesterday feeling like I was hit by a truck. I'd get all dizzy when I stood up, and everything. I stayed home today, I feel a lot better, but still not eating much.
If anything, it's a learning experience. While doing all these exercise things, I can't take a nap in the afternoon like that - I just can't stay up late like that. I also need to eat more regularly on weekends - and keep the same sleep schedule as the rest of the week. It's okay to sleep in until 8-9, but not much beyond that (I normally get up at 6 during the weekdays, so).
Oh well, enough whining.
