View MORTINI's food & exercise for this day
Been spending entirely too much time reading medical research lately. I've been researching different types of post-workout recovery drinks. I haven't been able to find one comparing what I want. Clearly I need a better hobby.
According to my scale, over the past week or so, I've lost ~2.5 lb's of fat. But only lost ~.5 lb of overall weight. Nice, but annoying at the same time.
I have tomorrow off. Planning on going running, and then getting some stuff I need and then doing laundry tomorrow afternoon sometime. Tomorrow's Yoga X - I have issues with this workout, but I need to work on muddling through them.
