Pretty bleh today. I think it's because it's kind of cold and rainy. And, my sleep was kind of wonky - I think I got woke up out of a deep sleep because I remember my dream. Instead of my somewhat normal 'i'm me now but in highschool' dreams, it was 'i'm me now, but in college'. Usually these dreams go along the lines of being me in highschool, like I was when I was in HS. And as the dream evolves, I end up remembering more about my current life and end up attempting to convince people that I actually do live in NYC, and whatnot. The college dream, I was in college, but not with anyone I actually went to college with. But, I had my cat. And I was sharing a dorm room with like 10 other people. And had my cat. It was weird.

I'm on to the 4th week of p90x. This is supposed to be a recovery week, but the first phase can be extended, pushing back the recovery week. My body needs the recovery week, but I really want to get the schedule switched around so it's the way it should be. So, this week is going to be about 1/2 what it's supposed to be and then merge into a recovery week so for phase 2 my schedule is the way it should be.

Thanks for the cookbook recommendation - I'll check it out! :) I wish there was a "netflix" for books - our library never has what I want!!

I'm on week 2 of P90. I can already tell the difference in my strength. I have the feeling these resistance bands aren't going to hold out for much longer... THey are still doing their job but it has definitely gotten easier since I started!
