Today's lunch went pretty well.

Here's the desert I made. The yogurt wasn't frozen enough, but it tasted fine & looked nice.

Tried to make Primal Bars and made the mistake of doubling the protein powder. They aren't *terrible*, they just have virtually no flavor and are quite crumbly. I knew as soon as I added it it was a bad thing. I should have added some more liquid to make it into more of a 'paste' consistency. There's an older lady that lives in my building that I see a few times during the week in the morning. I think she works a night shift somewhere and comes home when I'm going to work. This morning she was telling me that she walked in the park yesterday, and walked all the way around, but that her knees were hurting today. I told her that that happens and to just keep at it. Thanks for the kind words about the weight loss, everyone. I put up a before pic from about a year before I started loosing weight. This weekend, I plan on getting an 'after' pic.

Did plyometrics tonight. I really enjoy the workout. It's just a bunch of jumping exercises. While doing the P90 workouts, I'd developed a bunch of habits to make the workouts more difficult - doing lifts slowly, and for cardio, always making sure my heart rate was above 130. Been spending entirely too much time reading medical research lately. I've been researching different types of post-workout recovery drinks. I haven't been able to find one comparing what I want. Clearly I need a better hobby. :)

According to my scale, over the past week or so, I've lost ~2.5 lb's of fat. But only lost ~.5 lb of overall weight. Nice, but annoying at the same time. :)

I have tomorrow off. Planning on going running, and then getting some stuff I need and then doing laundry...
