Tonight, I start phase 2 of p90x. I did Yoga X last night - I'm defiantly getting more flexible, which is the whole point. It's just kind of annoying that the flexibility varies from stretch x/ yoga x sessions. Sometimes, I can do more than others. But, Overall, it's getting better.
