Tonight, I start phase 2 of p90x. I did Yoga X last night - I'm defiantly getting more flexible, which is the whole point. It's just kind of annoying that the flexibility varies from stretch x/ yoga x sessions. Sometimes, I can do more than others. But, Overall, it's getting better.
too much sun yesterday. i was going to go to the park this afternoon and walk around a bit, but earlier when I was walking outside to get some stuff, it just hurt. I took some ibuprofin, which seems to be helping a bit. And sanding and re-oiling my island countertop. Not exactly the best way to spend the day when it's a really great day out, but, I'll survive.

Pretty bleh today. I think it's because it's kind of cold and rainy. And, my sleep was kind of wonky - I think I got woke up out of a deep sleep because I remember my dream. Instead of my somewhat normal 'i'm me now but in highschool' dreams, it was 'i'm me now, but in college'. Usually these dreams go along the lines of being me in highschool, like I was when I was in HS. Something to consider...
The food industry's potential earnings is a direct relationship to the amount of calories people (In the US, in this example) consume.
So, the more people eat, the more money the food industry makes.
Do you think the food industry cares about obesity and people being overweight? Overweight people at more, and make them more money.
