Had kind of a bleh workout last night. I did it all at least, but had a hard time doing some of it. I think to some extent I'm trying to do too much too quickly - this is only the beginning of the 3rd full week of doing the p90 program. I'm going to use my other set of bar bells with a slightly higher weight for some of the lifts (like curls) that I can use some more weight. i was really tired yesterday, only slept ~5 hours on Sunday night.
But, I did cardio last night for the full time and had a good workout. Then, I went to bed. Going to bed by 9pm rocks.
Still need to work out my eating a bit more to get more protein in. Yesterday, I had the brilliant idea of putting chocolate whey powder into greek yogurt and then my kashi golean and having that for breakfast. Upside, it looks like chocolate. Downside, It tastes like greek yogurt. So, my mind just wasn...

It's monday after a 4 day weekend. not so much fun.
Did p90 weights last night. I got a pull-up bar, and did some fake pull-ups. My stomach area is rather sore today as is a lot of my upper body.
My hips hurt when doing the kicks during the cardio part of the p90 program. I'd bought some glucosomine during the summer to see if it'd help with a leg issue I was having, but it didn't, so have about 1/2 of it left. I'm gonna use some of that and see if it helps with the pain in my hips. Th...

Well, I survived Thanksgiving. Just packed up my parents and they're on their way home. They had some projects at home they wanted to finish.
I didn't weigh myself this morning, but yesterday morning, I was about what I've been weighing in the morning, so that's good. But, yesterday was probably reasonably high calorie as well ( Not nearly as much as thanksgiving day, though ), so hopefully I didn't go up any.
That's 2 days I didn't do p90, but I walked both days, so that probably help...

i didn't do full cardio last night. Only about 20 minutes, and my heart rate was above 130 for all of about 2 minutes, so it wasn't much of a workout. But, I went to bed at a decent time and sleeeeept all night long, which is good - haven't been doing much of that lately.
This morning, I walked 3.1 miles around the park at a pretty good rate. My avg heart rate was 135 or something around there, which is good. That's high enough for me to be in cardio mode, so I suppose that makes up for not...
