Since this is my first blog, I thought I would tell everyone that I've been on my diet since May of this year. I have already lost thirty five pounds add to that the twenty I lost last year, well you can add it up. I am disabled and find it difficult to exercise.I can do pool exercising, so I do that when I can. The good thing is that getting rid of the weight has helped my back an improved my blood sugar levels since I am also a diabetic. The Calorieking sight has been a blessing. Hope to write more.
