Today I'm doing better since I put myself on a temporary basal pattern with my insulin unit. This is to hold me until tomorrow when I can call my rep about changing my numbers. My numbers are where they are suppose to be right now.
I am amazed at how few calories carbs and calories I get a day. When I think that some candy bars havr the calorie count of my morning breakfast I cringe. I would like to save on my bread calories by eating the so called "light" bread but my blood sugar goes low when ever I eat the stuff. So, I have to eat regular bread. I prefer sprouted sourdough whole wheat and pumernickle.
