I finally lost my first 10 pounds on ck. I can't believe I did it. I think some must be water and that other kind of weight. Who knows, maybe tomorrow I'll get on the scale and it will read the same. I'll believe when I see it two days in a row. This does mean that I am loosing even with my pump numbers needing adjusting.It feels good to be able to cook again after having frozen shoulders and two carpel tunnel surgeries to recover from over the past 5 years. Now if I can get my back stronger so I can stand up for longer than 30-45 min at a time I will rejoice. The core exercises I've been doing are not any fun and go by slowly. They do burn calories. I prefer the pool, it's more fun, but it is harder to make time for.
Hubby goes in for a cortisone shot in his back tomorrow. I've been there....last year I had 8 shots! I call him a wimp since he's fuzzing about it! I asked my dietitian to help me fill out the nutrient list on my turkey burgers. AS soon as she does, I'll put down the recipe along with it's values. We love these. WOW!!!!!You lost ten pounds so far,that is a whole bag of potatoes,the big one even!You have been working sooo hard and you are seeing the rewards,slowly but they are coming.You do well pressing through your hard exercises. One day your back and such will be stronger and then you can walk and walk til the cows come home..expression we use here in Lancaster County, PA.
