View MOUGHI's food & exercise for this day
Would it help if I told you I am a diabetic having a terrible week with low blood sugars. I will be seeing my doctor this Thursday and talking to my rep Tuesday. So, hopefully things with the pump numbers will get put right soon. Yesterday I make no excuses. I know the 15 carb rule.I just got scared that on the way home I would have another low since I was having so many this week. It was dark, traffic was bad, I was tired and hungry. I ran out of snacks( read yesterdays blog). To make matters worse I just kept eating. Some of it was the fear of fainting while driving. The rest was the effect of all that extra sugar in my system. It made me very hungry. So hungry that I couldn't control myself and didn't. When I told my husband what I did he patted me on my shoulder and told me a bad day doesn't make a bad diet week. ( well I hope that's true )
If anyone knows how to actually do this let me know.

:thumbu2:I know it is hard, but please focus on all the gazillion things that you are doing right. One day that sugar thing will be under control and you can get moving down in numbers, you will see. Take care sweetie!
I am giving you a hand because you are doing everything right girl!!!Your body is just working against you right now,in a sense, until you can get this blood sugar situation under control. You needed to eat or you would have fainted or worse while you were driving;this could have been VERY harmful to yourself of another driver. I read your bolg and I just shake my head and think"she is doing everyhting right".You by far, did not have a BAD week. You are constantly working at this and it must feel soooo frustrating to not see the results that you deserve, when you deserve them.I laughed when I read that you actually whipped out a scale at Ruby Tuesday`s and weighed your turkey burger....Girl, you deserve a freaking medal for that!!!
