Today I started reading the Ck university motivation section. It asked me what is your motivation my diet. Well, it's not so I can get into smaller clothes although that would be nice. It's not that I would even look better, that would be better too. For me it's a health issue. I simply want to feel better and be healthier. I want to be able to walk ten years from now. I want to be qualified for any back surgery that may be available in the future. I don't want to have to have heart or knee surgery. I am motivated every time I see a pound come off the scale.I am a scale junkie.
Today I tried my apple juice/water drink during my exercise routine at the therapist. It worked great. no low blood sugars. Also the new ratio is helping my after meal glucose numbers. Looks like I still may need some tweaking on the basal numbers, but I'm doing much better. Tomorrow I see the doc.
It's been cold and wet here lately which makes my head hurt. I haven't felt like cooking much and neither has hubby. We have been eating leftovers and sandwiches. Hubby wants ravioli tomorrow. I used to not mind until I realized how many calories I would be spending. Hum maybe Ill cook some spaghetti for myself and let him have the ravioli.

I am working my way through the University too. I am losing weight for a lot of reasons but one of them is health. I want to get off blood pressure medicine and I want my joint pain to improve. Glad your juice drink worked. Have a good day.
