Got up this morning, late, to take dogs to the groomers and almost forgot to weigh. Remembered and and was surprised to find I lost i.5 lb. since the week had been a struggle. I will take it. Ran dogs to groomer and told them I would be calling the vet about one of the dogs so not to be worried when they did some house cleaning on dog's behind area. ( dog has annul gland problem. At this time I didn't know if it was another infection or worse) So, I went to Panera Bread Co. to eat my breakfast and have some coffee. I had packed my peanut butter toast an apple before I left ( actually I threw it together while I was racing out the door). Got my coffee there and growled in my head as they were out of splenda. It's going to be one of those days. I wanted to order an egg, but they were out of those too. I'm glad I brought my breakfast because I was getting in one of those moods quickly. Well, I sat down and called the vet and they wanted to see my dog immediately. This is a nice change, someone waiting on me for a change( my old vet wasn't like this). I rush back to the groomer and pick up the old dog and leave the little one behind who is left with her big ears as straight as they can be, eyes perked up, scratching at the door begging to be taken too. I would have laughed at the sight of this toy rat terrier trying to paw herself out while this giant of a dog stood over her drooling onto her. You can tell she doesn't like going to the groomer! Anyway, I raced to the vet and was glad to hear my geriatric mutt has another annul infection and not a ruptured on. No surgery for now.
My subway lets me make a kids club which is off the menu. It's nice of them to do this for me. The manager herself lost 40 pounds eating at Subway while working there. She knows I'm trying to lose and is helping me out. Now I'm off to the gym, finally! Today is water jogging since yesterday was walking and my SI joint can't handle 2 days in a row of a hard surface. I was surprised the water is a pleasant 87 degrees thanks to the pool man being there. He apparently does this when he is there for this one old man when he is there. Ah, now I know when to come to that pool. Since that pool was a little warmer I was able to exercise longer. Yea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Still don't know how many calories water jogging eats up, so I always give a conservative estimate on my log.
When I got home I realized I had nothing for dinner, so what do I do...Order pizza, but it's somewhat health. It's made for me at my local pizza place. I order a chicken fajita soy cheese, (whole wheat) thin crust ,easy on the sauce, double meat. Unfortunately, I really have to guess at the calories in order to log in the pizza. I know pretty much what the carbs are since I've been eating this pizza for a long time and my bg comes out right after I give myself so much insulin each time. Calories, I'll have to take this to my dietitian to help me figure it out.
I actually learned a lot about eating today. It is easy to throw together a quick breakfast even if you have no time for it. It took me 3 minutes to put together bk. You can resist danishes even when you are mad. Lunches on the run can always be healthy, but I need to find more places where I can eat those healthy lunches so I don't get bored. It's nice once in a while to eat a pizza and to have the calories to do it. Lizzie, forgive me. I now understand pizza night.

Great job on the 1 1/2 pound loss!!!! Your pizza sounds good and a lot better than good old Pizza Hut!! Water exercise sounds good, there is a motel that will let you use their pool for $2 and I am always thinking I should give it a try, but when it is 6 degrees outside I talk myself out of it!! :D
