As promised here is the recipe for Diabetic Salmon patties I use taken from " The Art of Cooking for the Diabetic". I will give you the recipe as it is in the book then tell you how I modify it for myself. You can modify it too for your taste as well. Howdy folks, it's a beautiful day here. The sky was clear, temp around 73 degrees, and a nice comfortable breeze. I took my dogs for a walk which is guaranteed to slow me down, but how could I deprived them of such a nice day to get out of the house too. Actually, I was trying to work off my lunch time meal. So far this week I don't think that I have lost any weight due to some miss haps with my eating, but I have been pleasantly surprised to find out that I have lost some fat around certain parts of my body. I'll have to buy some new upper body garment soon as the current ones are getting too small. It is nice because now I'll not have to go to a specialty store since I will fit into a normal size!
