I had such good plans yesterday. My food diary was perfectly planned right down to the last calorie. I was even adjusting well to the circumstances of the day, until the afternoon hit. ( see yesterday's blog to see what was going on and why my day had been so hectic ). I then went on to tell him I just wanted to feel better, maybe get off some medication I'm on, and have the kids be proud of me ( and him ). Then he pointed out those were...Saturday, February 9th 2008
I went shopping at Whole Foods yesterday and got the nutritional count of the white and dark ground turkey meat. I've interested in this subject ever since I read another CKers blog about ground turkey vs, lean ground beef. I wish I could remember the blogger because it was an interesting blog. Then Denise brought to my attention that the 15% ground turkey in her store had turkey skin in it and it got me to wondering if mine did too. I started to ask around. Yes, the 85% ground turkey does have...
