View MOUGHI's food & exercise for this day

Evil computer ate my entire blog:cross1:!Now I have to rewrite everything and it's getting just too late for that. So here's an abbreviated version: went to doctor, can't get hand wet for another week, but can wash hand, go figure.....dog is so so... he likes chicken burgers but not baby food... had decent diet day running around town today, took snacks with me, very glad I did.... shoes didn't fit me that foot specialist ordered for me.:cross1: When she ordered them I told her she was ordering them too big. She apologized to me, but now I have to wait two more weeks. Good news, the shoes should work. Which means I will finally have a pair of tennis shoes thanks to the Drew Corp. making extra depth shoes for people like me.=D
Finally, went bra shopping. Oh, what fun that is. :devious:Went down in size but not cup size. Hubby was happy for that. Lady in store knows me and noticed I have dropped a few pounds.:)She wants to lose weight herself but can't manage to stay on a diet.:( It seems when people notice that you have lost weight they also have to say something about why they can't stay on a diet too. Well, there was more, but I will write about that tomorrow when I am not too tired. see ya around when the computer monster doesn't want to eat my blog.:cry4:

awesome job on losing and congrats on someone noticing!!! It is always nice when someone takes notice to all of your hard work!!!I HATE when I lose everything I typed and have to re-do it, I feel for you. I hope your hand is feeling much better.

Thanks for the great tips on getting more veggies in! And your spice mixture sounds delicious. I am DEFINITELY going to try that. =D Hope the computer works out for you.

People always feel like they need to apologize for not being able to "diet" --- that, or they defend their choices to eat freely. I am forever stymied by why MY weight loss journey makes others so uncomfortable. It is a little different now that you can't really tell that I am losing anymore - but simply making healthy eating choices makes others (who don't) uncomfortable! I just want to wear a sign that says "I AM NOT THE FOOD POLICE!"

So what are you supposed to wash your hand with and not get it wet? :teeth1: I'm glad the dog is still hanging in there. Good for you, taking snacks while out and about; I've really found that to be helpful!

Yup! JD ROBB is a different pen name for Nora Roberts! :y: I prefer the JD Robb stuff. They aren't JUST romance novels. :laugh5: They are murder mysteries too! ;)

So glad the shoes worked out. Good luck not getting your hand wet! :dazed: I am sure I would have forgotten that and soaked it by now on accident, in something! for going down in size and not cup size! :bigeyes3: Have a great day!

What a bummer that you have to wait another two weeks for your tennis shoes, but it's pretty cool that you can get some that will fit and feel good. I can't wait to go bra shopping and go down in the number. :blush4: That's funny that you have had so many people make excuses about why they can't lose weight. I wonder what that's about?

Hi Moughi,

Such an exotic name (how did you come by it?!). Sorry about your hand and the dog, but thank heavens the cup size stayed constant (we'll take our daily two thumbs up wherever we can find them=D). Best wishes to you Moughi, L-51.

:hi:Yes, you are so right that people always want to add their story (or excuse as the case may be). Wait, you can wash your hand, as long as you don't get it wet? Thanks for your comments; I would never have ordered that cake myself, but when it's 3 inches from your plate and your dinner was not very satisfying...oh well, at least I ate (what I thought was) 1/8 of it.:blush4: Bless your little doggie...hope things are looking up.:angel4:
