View MOUGHI's food & exercise for this day

I hate doctor appointments. I seem to live at them too. Today I went to my pain management specialist. The verdict is that I need some more shots and nerve burns only this time in my thoracic region of my spine. I have been able to stand for periods of time, but I get this real burning pain between my shoulder blades. It's my disc acting up. Seems my weight change has helped my lower disc but not my upper disc yet. Grrrrrr. He said it will take time for all of this to stabilize, but more treatments, more exercise, more weight loss, is needed. He was happy I am being successful at the weight loss.:laugh5: I just wish you could lose it on top........my girls are way too big and no weight loss is going to change that. Sorry about this conversation, but some of us have paid the price. My upper back is paying the price right now!!!!!!!:angry1:
Oh, was I stupid today. In a moment of weakness when I was at Central Market ( for those who don't know of this grocery store, they have everything. Denise, you would die and go to heaven in this place. It is a Gourmet grocery store), I picked up a bag of Snapea Crisps. These are Snap Peas fried, seasoned, salted, and made to taste like chips. Why did I bring these home? I know the rule. No junk food, even if it is disguised as healthy food. I went over my cals for the day:(. The good news is, I got that sulking dog to eat. Little dog ( Xena) likes them. Oops, fed them to the dog. Shame on me. I'll throw the rest away so not to go to the hips.:cross2:( The Snapea Crisps cals...70% are from fat!!!!)
Hey, Nadine, Sauerkraut, is loaded with salt. 44 % or something like 650mg per serving is salt. That's canned Kraut. My bottled Kraut has 450mg per serving. Still, a lot. Maybe that's why I like it.
After eating those Snapea Crisp my stomach hurt. I think it was because they were actually greasy tasting. I'm not used to that any more. I think I learned my lesson. Glad I don't go to Central Market every day. Can't take the temptation. I do like their vegetable department. It is out of this world.
Goodnight.

Hey - there's good news here - your stomach hurt after eating the snapea crisps! That means you're so NOT USED to junk food that when you have it your body reacts badly! That means that you've been soooooo goooood at eating clean! I know you'll be right back on your plan tomorrow. But way to go on not letting a little slip up turn into something much worse. About the upper disk, is the doctor able to predict how much more weight will be necessary to make your upper back feel better too?
