Saturday, Apr 26 2008 - 2 bottles of ozarka gone

View MOUGHI's food & exercise for this day

Last night i was talking to my husband about having now lost 75 pounds. It's been 11 months now since I really buckled downed and really started to try and lose weight. He told me that, that was about the equivalent to two bottles of Ozarka water we have sitting in the garage. I'm not even suppose to lift one of those bottles because of my back! That got me to thinking about my poor achy back. Oh, and in case you thought I lost 75 pounds this year, I didn't. I have only lost 64 pounds this year. I managed to lose 11 pounds in '06 and would have lost more if I hadn't sabotaged myself when the doctor put me on Byeta. I did my best to keep from losing that year. I didn't get serious until I had that talk with myself until May of '07. It just a while for me to build that failure into two bottles of Ozarka water. I don't think I'm going to look at those huge water bottles again without thinking about the fact that I carried around that much weight on myself. Now I am down to one more bottle to get rid of. What motivation the next time I binge or look at those marshmallows. Denise had her thinking thin moment, mine was almost about the same thing today, or yesterday too. Hum... I like those thinking thin thoughts Denise, or whatever you call them. I just wish I would have them more often. Well, have a good Saturday.
Oh, this is the toy Marc 5 I got at the car show my husband went to. I always wanted one. I didn't have enough money to get two more for my nephews. My brother told me they would love one too. Now, I have to go to the next car show and look for two more of these if I can find them. I once bought my brother an original Marc 5 model from the original Japanese show. He still has it in it' box! Can't wait for the movie. Go Speed Racer Go!!!!!!!!!!!!

You lost two Ozarka water bottle's worth?! Wow! You go girl! That's fantastic. To me it sounds like you ran the marathon or swam across the English Channel. What motivation, stamina, and hard work. You are truly inspirational. Thanks for lighting the way. Best Wishes, Cheryl51

At one time I weighed 40 pounds more than what I weigh now and I can't imagine how I managed it. One day I'll say "I used to way almost 100 pounds more, how did I manage that?" =D I had a "thinking strong" moment in yoga today (not exactly the same as thinking thin but still a good feeling) when I was doing the warrior poses. They have great names like "exalted warrior" and they make me feel so strong and flexible.
