I started reading the Beck Diet Solution last night. I haven't been able to put the book down. It is a tough book to read a lot of pages through at one time because after a few pages I just stop and start thinking about just how in a few words she has changed my thinking process. Today I had my first MUA of a series of three. I came hoe and slept through most of the day. These things leave me tired and a little sore. I just wanted to drop a note and say I blog more tomorrow night. I have two doctor appointments tomorrow and then my second MUA Wednesday. So, I probably will not be blogging much until Thursday. Thanks to Nadine and Amy I have been getting out and walking on the days when I am not recuperating from all the surgical treatments I am going through. I have built up to over a mile now. I started out only being able to walk for 20 minutes, then 30 and now 40 minutes with a 10 - 15 minute stretch break after a 15 minute warm up walk. I have dine this three days in a row. Yipee. Today will forever be a memorable day for me. It started out like the day I had some thirty five years ago. Peaceful beautiful skies, perfect temperatures, clear air, and birds singing songs of praise in the early morning. Well I put a new photo on my sight and it disappeared. Tried it again and my old photo just keeps showing up. So here is the photo I had in mind to replace it with. Grrrrr My injection Went well. I slept like a baby all through the night with all that anesthesia in my system. Nadine, Nerve burns are when the doctor goes in and and takes this special tool, I forget the name of it, and sears small nerves which will grow back over 6-8 months times.
