THe death of Ferrell my beloved brother in law

we had been put on alert that Ferrell, my brother in law's kidneys and liver had shut down last week. There was nothing that could be done. My experience with other friends who died this way gave me the knowledge that it would be hours if not a few days before he would pass. He died this morning. We will be leaving tomorrow to go be with P's sister and the rest of the family for a few days. Ferrell made medical history with surviving as long as he did. For ten years he fought cancers doors. Tomorrow I have my SI-Joint nerve burn and I hope these will be the last of my back ops for a while. as you can see, I have to go through quite a lot of these in a years time every so many years in order to function. I'm hoping these will last me foe the rest of the year. I had a good food day, but it's been an emotional day for me. Just as I was about to go to the doctor this morning for a yearly check up with my pulmonologist, I called my sister in law to ask her how her how her husband was. He wasn't doing so well. My BIL is fading fast now with his liver and kidneys now in failure and water building up in his abdomen. My SIL decided to bring him home from the hospital and get hospice care to help her care for him in these last days,and I do believe we are in...HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY

I got back from my trip in one piece and not a pound heavier.
I did well with food while I was gone and had a few laughs along the way. We took our breakfast and lunch for the trip down plus veggie snacks for both traveling days. For lunch we ate sandwiches, salad, fruit freezes, and veggies at a Texas rest area. That afternoon on our way to the wedding we stopped at the big Mac for a potty break and did not get ANYTHING! I have everything ready for my trip to Dallas. Food ready, clothes, dog packed off to daughters for the weekend. I even logged my morning and lunch meals for Sat. and have my Sunday morning breakfast packed for the return trip. That means I will be eating the wedding meal and Sunday's lunch out. I will go over Saturday because of what they are serving.
