Yea all the wedding shopping is finished. We got hubby's suit today. He got a cream colored jacket, navy pants, and cream colored pants so daughter can choose which color she wants, a sky blue shirt, tie with both colors in it and that little thingy that goes in the coat pocket. all he needs is a pair of really nice dress shoes since the ones he wears to work are more casual. All this cost under 200 ( includes both pants which he can use for work, well not the cream ones. I would never let him wear those to work. He would ruin those in an instant. ) Daughter loved the outfit when she saw the picture I e-mailed her.
Afterwards, we ate out at Ruby Tuesday. I usually get the min turkey burgers and eat just one ( 258 cals ), a salad with balsamic vinegar and oil, and broccoli. Then we went and test drove the Smart car and I thought it was interesting. It has an automatic shifting system. Meaning it is a manual and needs to be shifted but does not need a clutch, you just lift up on the foot pedal when it is time to shift the gears and the car will shift into gears on it's own. You can also shift the gears on the steering column.
Latter on that evening I had to return something to the shopping mall, so I decided to go and look at some eye make up. The last thing I needed to get for the wedding. The lady showed me how to put it on. I haven't worn this stuff in 20 years. OK, my low self-esteem just made me blah to caring about such things for such a long time that this was something I could care less about. Now, since I'm losing weight I seem to care more about my personal appearance. I think my husband approves. I've notice my depression is also getting better. I wonder if all this is related.
