View MOUGHI's food & exercise for this day
I like to keep a positive attitude going into this weekend. Rather than look at how many days I didn't stay within my calorie count, I'm going to look at how many days i was successful and build on that. I can do it is going to be my mental focus for the week end. I've done it for weeks now to get this far and I can keep doing it. I realize now that I will have to be more exacting since I am getting closer to goal. I've cut my cals from 1330 to 1282 now. This is just a little, but enough to keep my metabolism rolling I hope.
Today I am not going to make it to the gym as I have a lot of work to do. I've been doing little things around the house to get some exercise like walking up and down my "step" when I go down the hall, walking to the furthest phone when it rings, and even doing leg exercises while washing the personals. Yep, anything to get my body moving. I even used the dog as a weight above my head for some over head exercises. She thought that was fun.

Put on some music and danced to a few numbers to get some cardio going...Ok, got my exercise ball out and matt down and did my core stuff.

I think we could make a fortune and lose weight at the same time if we develope a dog/owner exercise rountine. A different rountine for each size - toy, medium or large breed. There could be indoor and outdoor rountines as well for variety. Hmmmm.

All that movement will help for sure. I am spending some time getting refocused this morning, oh well, at least I know that focusing gives positive results. Have a great weekend, have I mentioned how good you look in your new photo? Wow!!

I don't think I'll borrow your idea of using the dog as a weight since our dog weighs 90 pounds.
