It looks like you are copying the HTML code link.
You have to copy "IMG Code", the bottom one in the list under the photo. You'll get it. Keep trying.

In photobucket there are 4 possible links to use (Email & IM, direct link, HTML code, and IMG code). For CK blogs you need to use the last one--IMG Code. If you have a blog on another site like Blogger, you'll use the HTML code.
