Monday, Aug 4 2008 - what a trip
View MOUGHI's food & exercise for this day
What a trip I just had ! It was a wild four nights and five days in Michigan as P and I married off our daughter. I have many travel and food stories to tell. I don't think I gained any weight over those five days even though I felt like I ate like a hog. It must have been all the walking around I did pluis my exercising that I got in the hotel's exercise room as well as the walking I had to do through out the whole weekend. Which turned out to be over five or so miles within a two day period ! For e that's a lot of walking. I am glad I spent time at the gym preparing for this weekend because if I hadn't I would not have been able to enjoy the whole weekend. There was so many physical demands that I don't know what I would have done if I would not have been able to walk and carry a few things much less stand up on my feet for s few hours.
Tomorrow I'll start talking about my trip. I just wanted to let everyone know I made it back. Oh, in case I don't get get back to blog tomorrow because of the small hurricane blowing in, I will see everyone Wed. or Thursday depending on the electricity situation here. Good night.
This pick is of the bride and groom

Glad to see you back and to hear that you made it through the weekend unscathed (i.e., not weight gain). What did you end up doing about the cake? Did you have a taste?
