View MOUGHI's food & exercise for this day

It was a wonderful Sunday filled with memories and a nagging cold. Hubby and I went to my married daughter's house to check up on the newlyweds and have dinner with them. Hubby helped son in law fix a shower fixture and give him advice on some sort warranty stuff. I sharpened my daughter's kitchen knives with me Edge pro professional knife sharpener. Then we sat down to some Bison dogs I had found at Whole Foods. My son in law grilled them on his new grill he had had been given from my brother for their wedding. We even took pictures of that to send to my brother. By the way, the Bison hot hods were quite good. The weighed about 21/2 ounces each and didn't have much fat in them. We ate them on Ezekiel 4: 9 hot dog buns. Anyway, SIL also taught me how to download music for my MP3 player so now I can put my own music on it. I now have the following music on my player: albums; Amazing Grace, McCleods Daughters Vol 1 & 2 from the TV show, Top 25 Praise Songs of 2005, 2007, and other praise and worship songs. Then I put some other various other singers on from my daughter's collection,Delta Goodrem, Maroon, Jefferson Starship, Bonnie Tyler. When I get tired of these I will put different sound tracks on and maybe learn to download off the internet. Son in law told mt to go to I-tunes for a safe sight. What does everyone else use? I usually just buy albums since I don't listen to the radio enough to know what to down load off I-tunes. This is all new to me. My taste are kind of varied though. I like everything but acid rock, hard rock, whiny country, and rap.
I'm fighting a cold right now, or bad sinuses, don't know which one. In any case I don't feel too good and don't feel like working out. I may take a couple of days off till I feel better.

I love Point of Grace for Christian music, and for secular music Elvis is good for working out as is Aretha Franklin.

Isn't it wonderful to see your children grow up and happily married? Sound like you had a great evening with your family. Love the tip about the bison dogs, I'll have to look for them.

If you go to I tunes you can listen to part of the song. After that, they remember the kind of music you like and will make some recommendations of other songs. They sent me a reminder telling me I had $20 in credits so I went on a music shopping spree. :) It's very easy to download. Your Sunday sounds wonderful. Rest if you're not feeling well. That's what I did on the w/e for the same reason.

There is a lot of buffalo meat around here but I haven't seen the bison dogs yet. My daughter uses i-tunes and I have an i-pod on the way and plan to use it too. You can listen to the song before you buy it which helps. Hope you start feeling better soon.
