Friday, Oct 24 2008 - busy week, sore muscles, running tired

It's been such a busy week I haven't had much time to sit down at the computer or watch TV. I have been doing chores, cooking dinner, running errands, going to the gym, taking the dog to the vet, and even went for my quarterly appointment with my diabetic doctor today. Wednesday, I played chauffeur to my daughter whose husband took her car keys to work with him and left her stranded ! I got the rescue call, " Mom, can you pick me up and take me to work ? " Hey, it reminded me of the old days, only she lived at home and not across town ! Anyway, I just wanted everyone to know I have not dropped of the face of the earth this week. I will try to make my self more available next week. I will say I did make it to the gym three times this week which was the best gym week I have ever had. Each work out was 1-1/2 hour long and included cardio and floor exercises with one day of weight training. I also managed to walk the dog a few times this week too. My muscles are sore and so are a few nerves, so I will rest up this weekend. Talk to you all latter.

You did GREAT on your exercise this week...even with all the errands and running around you did. WAY TO GO! :clap:
