I'm having trouble with my food dairy and wonder if anyone else has ever had trouble with this locking up. I went to put in a custom food and the dairy froze when saving the food. I have not been able to use my diary for two days now. I wrote up a report to CK, but was told it could take up to three days before I hear back from the support staff. I want to know if any one else out there has ever had any problems with their sight like this. I have had a lot of problems with my diary not wanting to save stuff and my sight not wanting to accept any picture changes for my id photos. This is when I wish CK had a real support staff that you could call and get a live person !

:wave1: I have had it lock up but I just go back in and it is fine...I am sorry that you are having such problems with the site....Hopefully you will get answers sooner than later...Have a wonderful week...:)

I have problems here and there but never anything consistently. I wonder if there are some refresh or security settings that need to be changed. You've mentioned that pictures don't appear for you immediately when you or others put new pictures up. There is a setting to fix that (Internet Options > Browsing History Settings) so maybe there's a setting that is slowing down your internet...or maybe your internet at home is a bit slow. We have DSL and there are days when it just doesn't work like it should.

Hmmm... I haven't had any problems Iory. I have found that the support people get back to me pretty quickly when I submit a "support ticket." Hopefully they will get back to you fast and you can figure out what's going on. It might have something to do with your browser. I found that CK doesn't work as well using Firefox - so I use Safari exclusively for my CK stuff. :wave1:

:hi: Hi Lory. I haven't had any trouble with my food diary, but I have the CK software on my computer. I don't log through the CK website. Sorry I am not much help. A three day wait is frustrating. I agree a live person would be much better. I hope it starts working for you soon. :kiss:
