View MOUGHI's food & exercise for this day

Well I'm dog and house sitting again today, but hopefully this will be the last day. My daughter's house is going to be real neat when the workmen finish. They will enjoy getting the carpet out of the house especial since they have a dog. I know I love not having any carpet in the house, especial down here in the Houston area where it gets humid. Since family comes first and relationships are more important than clean houses, I will just have to explain to my in laws why I didn't get my house in order. Then again they weren't expecting my house to be neat since I told them I haven't kept a perfect house since my back got bad some years ago. Yes, I used to keep a perfect house, but years of living with a man who is a messy, having two kids who never would pick up after themselves, and developing degenerative disc disease ended that perfect little homemaker obsession. Now I am lucky to keep the dust down in the house and have become a little pack rat according to my hubby. Right now my art room has been turned into a storage room while we still have one room, one bathroom and three closets to finish in order to complete the transformation of our floors from carpet to laminate flooring and tile. A lot of things are temporally out of place thus making the house seem messier than it actually is. OH WELL, I will not rush hubby to get things done. He will get it done when he gets it done.
Food wise, these past few days I have gone over !!!! So, I started logging and will make a big effort to get back into the habit of planning and logging. After the holiday I will start my diet and work on the weight again. ( haven't you heard that from me again and again ! ) Anyway, I have a few new cookbooks thanks to my birthday and will be tossing up some new recipes to add to my old ones so I can liven up my diet scheme a little. Boredom is also something I have been fighting with my diet. Where do you all look for new ideas ? Anyway, have a nice Holiday.
