My weight is down so I finally am getting to see where I really stand as far as the real weight gain from last weeks binging. I guess all that fiber cereal I ate had to get through my system. At first I thought I had gained ten pounds ! It sure felt like it ! The truth is I have only put on four pounds over this past few weeks which is a more realistic number. It should take me about a month to get back to normal and make my punishment for losing it not hurt as much. The next time I have a pity party I will use Nadine's words to myself and say "it's not worth all the work it will take if I eat this... " I think I am learning ! My husband admitted his eating got away with him too and gave up his BEER !!!!!!!! Maybe he is getting ready to actually trying to lose some more weight and get serious about it. His mother this weekend commented that she was proud of him for not gaining back any of his weight that he had lost, so maybe that was good for him to hear. Hubby is also going to go to my support group when it starts back up on Fridays. I think he will enjoy it. He's mainly going to help me out, but the class offers any believer so many good principles on how to over any hang ups you have I know he will get a lot out of it.
My knee is acting up. I have been walking on concrete lately instead on the treadmill. I will have to go back to the treadmill. I just enjoy walking out doors so much because of the fresh air and I can take the dog with me. The gym is noisy and stuffy. Anyway, the weather here has turned cold so I am now forced to go back to the gym which is good. I need to spend time on the exercise bike and cross train some.

I need to remember that too...there is so much good food to eat during the holidays, it is really a struggle...I think I will post Nadine's words so I can be inspired by them too! Have a great day!
