I was an avid food logger when on my initial diet and found that it really works. When I went off my weight loss diet and just decided to maintain for a while I stopped logging. I could not for the life of me find within myself to go back on my diet. Well, now after a bout of depression and a ten pound weight gain, I have to force myself to get back to dieting and logging.
