It will be way too hard to log my food on the ck food planner today so I will just write here what I am eating today :
BK: 2 egg beaters with grilled peppers scrambled. 1 tsp b&b
!/2 Phoenicia Marinated cheese bread
strawberry, blackberry/orange sauce with cool whip on strawberries ( made a parfait )
Special father's day BK
Grilled chicken/mashed potatoes/ fried onions/ on greens with balsamic vinegar ( went out ) Three bites of a brownie desert shared with the family.

Since I have eaten three really big meals, I haven't had the need for any snacks, but might need an evening one since my dinner will be light.
I plan on getting my routine started. I wasn't real successful last week in getting consistent with my calorie count. I was a success in cutting out my sweet tooth and getting rid of the crackers and foods that I was binging on. All foods that have giving me a problem are now out of the house. I do have yogurt and pretzels left in the house, but in the past I have not binged on them. So, they can stay. I also have one desert fix'en in the house that can stay because it is a mix that I can make a single serve fat free brownie from. I will make a brownie every Sat. night on Sci-fi movie night when my hubby and I sit down to watch our Sat. night movie. It will be my treat night. I will allow for those 120 calories every Sat. night. I found this No Fat Brownie mix that is really good for just this purpose.
Getting into the routine and getting my body used to not eating at night again will make all the difference in the world. I noticed it was that getting up at 3 in the morning and going to the refrigerator that got me into trouble. Why I started this back up again after breaking the habit I don't know. It had to be going back to my poor sleeping habits and worrying about our budget. Any way, I broke this habit to where it felt comfortable Not to get up before, So I know I can do it again. I just find it funny that it was so easy to return to it ???????????????
Also, took the dogs for a long walk in the evening the past two nights. It's the only way to get Callie to calm down at night. I find it also takes away my appetite. Something new I learned.
